Wuxi Haijia Nursing Home will accept students of this major for clinical internships and assign experienced healthcare professionals to provide mentorship; the university may also invite experts from the nursing home to participate in teaching, bringing real-world clinical expertise into the classroom.

The daily care, rehabilitation assistance, and health management service settings in nursing homes align closely with the program’s educational objectives, enabling students to gain hands-on experience and enhance their practical skills in real-world settings.

This collaboration represents a significant initiative by Wuxi Haijia Nursing Home and Wuxi Shuguang Technical School to jointly cultivate elderly care professionals, providing students in this field with a platform for hands-on learning. Moving forward, the two parties will continue to expand their areas of cooperation and jointly explore new models for training healthcare and caregiving personnel.
